The FAQ for using Onshoku Kitchen.
Q1. Is admission free?
A. Admission is free. However, if you use a seat, we ask that you please make an order.
Q2. Is takeout available?
A. All items must be consumed on-site at the venue.
Q3. Can I choose the sticker that comes with a purchase from Onshoku Kitchen?
A. Stickers are given out randomly by lottery when you receive your order. You cannot choose which sticker you get.
Q4. If I buy multiple items from Onshoku Kitchen at the same time, will I get only one sticker?
A. You will receive one sticker per item. For example, if you purchase three items, you will receive three stickers.
Q5. If I only buy a drink, will I get a sticker?
A. Stickers are exclusively for customers who purchase the artist collaboration menu.
Q6. Can I get a refund if I accidentally purchase an item?
A. Please return to the counter where you placed your order. We will process the refund there.
Q7. Where can I get the complimentary water that comes with a purchase?
A. When you receive your order from Onshoku Kitchen, we will give you a cup of water. If you would like a refill, please use the water pitchers located at the counters from "Kitchen A" to "Kitchen E."
Please note: This is a limited-time offer for the day of the event. You will not be able to receive water if you bring the cup back on a different day.
Q8. Can I bring my own food and drinks?
A. Bringing outside food and drinks is not permitted.
Q9. Can I bring my children?
A. Children are welcome to enter.
Q10. Are pets allowed?
A. Pets are permitted in a portion of the terrace area. Please be sure to keep them on a leash.
Q11. What happens if it rains?
A. The event will be held even in the rain, with the exception of severe weather such as a typhoon. If the event hours change or the event is canceled due to the weather, we will announce it on our social media and website.
Q12. Is re-entry possible?
A. Re-entry is permitted. Information on how to re-enter is available at the venue.
Q13. Are there entry restrictions during busy times?
A. Please note that we may restrict entry if we exceed capacity.
Q14. Can I reserve a seat?
A. Group reservations are accepted for parties of four or more. Please check here for details:
