• Q.Is wheelchair access available?

  A.We have designated spaces for wheelchair users.
  To ensure proper arrangements, please be sure to contact us by phone no later than one week prior to the event after purchasing your ticket.
  Due to space limitations in the viewing area, we may ask that only one accompanying person attend with the wheelchair user on the day of the event. Thank you for your understanding.

• Q.Will there be merchandise sales?

  A.Yes, official merchandise, artist goods, and CDs/DVDs will be available for purchase. The start time for sales will be announced later.

• Q.Are there lockers or storage spaces at the venue?

  A.Coin lockers are available inside Osaka Castle Hall.
  Please note that the number of lockers is limited.

• Q.Are there any rules or precautions?

  A.Any behavior that disturbs other guests is strictly prohibited.
  If such behavior is observed, you will be asked to leave immediately.
  ・Failure to follow staff instructions or causing disruption to others either inside or outside the venue may also result in immediate removal without ticket refunds.
  ・Illegal parking, littering, and jaywalking near the venue are prohibited.
  ・While the organizers will make every effort to prevent issues, we are not responsible for any accidents, incidents, or disputes caused by individuals.
  Please resolve such matters between the involved parties.
  ・In the case of criminal acts (e.g., theft, harassment), the organizer will prioritize the safety of the victims and report to the police with the victims’ consent.
  If necessary, the perpetrators will be handed over to authorities.
  ・If you witness or experience any suspicious behavior, please inform the nearest staff member immediately.
  ・The event may be canceled in case of severe weather.
  No refunds will be issued if the event is interrupted or canceled partway through.
  ・As this is a festival, the lineup is subject to change.
  No refunds will be given due to changes or cancellations of performers.
  ・Additionally, tickets will not be refunded for any personal reasons including illness (including COVID-19 and influenza), injury, or other circumstances unless the event itself is postponed or canceled.
  ・If refunds do occur, only the ticket price will be reimbursed.
  Ticket handling and service fees are non-refundable.

• Q.Is there parking at the venue?

  A.There are no general parking facilities or drop-off zones near the venue.
  For environmental reasons, we kindly ask that you use public transportation.
